Don't know where to start with your training? Don't have the motivation and need someone to help keep you on track? If you answered yes to these questions, personal training services are for you! Erin is there to motivate you and keep you on track with your fitness routine.

FitB!tch Membership With or Without Training

FitB!tch memberships offer you the ability to customize your own training program, you can choose from multiple training sessions a week or none at all if you want to workout on your own. The benefit to a membership package the exclusive access to a Facebook community that shares workouts, recipes, tips, tricks and motivation to keep you on track with your goals.


Have the motivation to get fit but don't know where to start? Looking for someone to build and maintain an exercise program for you? If so coaching services are what you are looking for.

Core Restoration Training

Core Restoration Training is for women who are postpartum or who are suffering from abdominal separation. This is a good program for women who want to get back to working out but don't have the core strength to do so. This 8 week program will guide you through a series of exercises to retrain and strengthen your core to avoid injury when you eventually do return back to normal exercise.
